I’ve just found out that I girl I work with has been spreading rumours about me behind my back. I know she’s just jealous about the special relationship I have with our boss. I can’t help it if I get on with him better than she does. I go out of my way to make my boss happy and she doesn’t. She doesn’t even try so why should I feel bad? Should I confront her about her mean gossip or just ignore it?
